Pleasure Spring Wellness 30-Day Return Policy

Pleasure Spring Wellness strives allows you to up to 30 days after receiving (date of delivery) your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Unopened and Unused Products: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the online emailed receipt or other proof of purchase.

Opened but Unused Products: If your product has been opened but not used and is defective, you may return it within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging.

Used Products: For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been used. Once a product has been used, it is non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at support@pleasurespringwellness.com.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return, as these will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Personal care, beauty or adult products that have been opened and used.
  • Sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@pleasurespringwellness.com.
