Discreet Packaging

Pleasure Spring Wellness is a strong advocate for your personal privacy.

We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages.

The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. Our name “Pleasure Spring Wellness” doesn't appear anywhere on the outside of your package.

Domestic Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

Delivered in the eastern United States in 5-8 business days.

Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 10-14 business days.

These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses.

Expedited

Delivered in the western United States within 3-5 business days.

Place your order before 4:15pm (ET) Monday through Friday, and we will process your order that same day.

These orders are delivered by USPS.

Special Exceptions

Please note that carriers will not deliver orders on holidays.

Pleasure Spring Wellness can't account for unexpected delays like severe weather, shipping delays, and other potential issues outside of our control.

UPS 2 Day

Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 2 business days.

If you place your order after the 4:15pm (ET) deadline or on a non-business day, we'll process it and ship it on the next business day.

Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Wednesday.

UPS Overnight

Delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. territory in 1 business day via UPS.

If you place your order after the 4:15pm (ET) deadline or on a non-business day, we'll process it and ship it on the next business day.

Sunday orders are processed and shipped on Monday and should be delivered on Tuesday.

UPS Overnight with Saturday Delivery

Saturday Delivery is available for home delivery in select areas. Additional shipping charges will apply.

The Saturday delivery option will appear during the checkout process starting at 3:30pm (ET) Thursday until 4:15pm (ET) on Friday and if available to the location of your delivery address.

Dates and times can change based on holidays.

UPS 2 Day and Overnight Exceptions

UPS does not pick up or deliver on US holidays which might delay your order. 

UPS only delivers to street addresses and not PO/APO/FPO addresses.

We offer Postal Priority and Express solely for our customers with PO Boxes to help expedite delivery.

International Shipping Information

Shipping rates can vary by country. During checkout, you will see the specific shipping rates for your order before you place it.

We're not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes for orders shipped outside the United States. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

DHL Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt. Door to door tracking.

DHL Priority Delivery

Estimated delivery: 3 to 10 business days. Duties and taxes included. Door to door tracking.

DHL Express Delivery

Estimated delivery: 2 to 4 business days. Duties and taxes may be due upon receipt. Door to door tracking.

Shipping Exceptions

International orders might be delayed while they clear customs. DHL, and other carriers do not pick up or deliver on US holidays, which might delay your order.

Shipping To Military Addresses

All U.S. military personnel are considered to reside in the United States, regardless of where they are stationed, for shipping purposes.

Because of this standard, there are certain special guidelines you must follow to deliver an order to a military address.

• Address the package like normal with the recipient’s name and other information.
• Instead of city, select either APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office).
• Instead of state, select AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe & Middle East), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific).
• Enter the zip code provided by the military.
• For Country, select United States regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Because of military guidelines, we have to ship your order via the USPS.

Backordered Items & Shipping Policies

If one of your items is backordered, it will be shipped separately on a later date via standard shipping and you will not be charged extra.

We can't ship free or backordered items by express mail.

If you choose an express delivery option and none of the items in your order was shipped via that method, then we'll refund you the difference.

Can I track my order?

You will be sent an email after the item ships that will instruct you how to track your package. 

What kind of packaging does my order come in?

Pleasure Spring Wellness products are shipped in non-descript envelopes and boxes with only our address on the mailing label.

Why can’t I select Priority or Express Mail for shipping?

Priority and Express Mail are provided solely for orders to be delivered to a P.O. Box as a way to give those customers a faster option than standard delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

See the status of your order in a shipping email confirmation you will receive after it has actually shipped.

Express delivery options such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2-Day Air and Priority Mail are shipped on the same day, if your order is received by 2:45 pm ET.

Standard delivery orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. During checkout, our shipping options will indicate when you will receive your order.

Will UPS deliver my order on the weekend?

The UPS Next Day and UPS 2-Day shipping options are for business days only.

UPS Saturday Delivery may be offered during checkout for specific zip codes. UPS does not deliver on most holidays.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Pleasure Spring Wellness requires signature of your order that include item(s) priced $250 or more, or when orders exceed $400.
